on 7/29/we replaced the following:(a) Electrical blower motor(b) Serpentine Belt (c) Repaired a separated/cracked tail pipe (d) Changed out power steering fluid (e) Charged A/C unit [redacted] s muffler and muffler hangers needed to be replaced but she declined a new muffler and hangersWe told her we could link the tail pipe and muffler back together to eliminate the loud exhaust noiseOn 7/29/we performed that repairWhen the car was started before payment she was pleased with the outcome [redacted] was also pleased that she now had airflow and cold air in her vehicle and no squalling from the original oil soaked belt.Reason for her muffler falling off the vehicle on 8/14/2017: This was due to the rusted out muffler hangers [redacted] contacted us soon after it fell offWe came back to her location and inspected(see photos) I explained to her in person the reason and showed her the broken hanger and suggested that she have it re-welded on to save herself from buying a new muffler [redacted] also asked that we send her an email stating this(see attachments) I split the cost of that repair with her in the amount of dollars cashIf the hangers did not fail then our repair would have stayed in placeHence why we recommended a new muffler and hangersWe also came back and repaired a rattle on the upper part of her exhaust as offered, we where there from 1:55pm -2:41pm on Monday July 31st Our business is dedicated to excellent customer serviceWe photograph all of our work to protect our customers and our reputationWhich has has earned us respect in our industryWe show all of our customers their parts and educate them in the process, as we did with [redacted] We also respected that [redacted] was on a fixed budget and we wanted to helpWe re-charged her a/c for no charge (dollar service) we waived the on-site travel fee (dollar service) and we did not charge her labor for flushing out her power steering fluid (service) We also pulled of the front passenger side wheel to show her that her power steering pump was leakingResulting in soaking of the serpentine belt which we replaced(see photos) [redacted] also states that we were on site for hours verse the hours we billed her forWe were on site for hours and minutesIn our estimates we include the time it takes us to order the parts and pick them from the warehouse (hours) This includes milage driven, gas and maintenance to our vehiclesAll services and were not updated on the invoice/estimate and we would be more than welcome to refund her the full amount for that service in the amount of dollars as offered.Total refund: 72.96Please see estimate and photos for further details.All progress photos were also sent to [redacted] during the repair *We also have more photos but your service would not let us upload anymore*

When the car was started before payment she was pleased with the outcome. Resulting in soaking of the serpentine belt which we replaced. (see photos)[redacted] also states that we were on site for 2 hours verse the 3 hours we billed her for. We were on site for 2 hours and 5 minutes.
