"Had a contract to buy a residential property from Franchise Reality. In the contract Franchise Reality was to have power, utilities and pool up and running for home inspection 10 days from signing of contract. Plaintiff waited 30 days from signing contract to schedule home inspection. Home inspection was cancelled the first time and rescheduled for 1 week later and was told from agent at Franchise Reality that power would be on and pool running on next inspection scheduled on April, 3 2015. As of 4/2/2015 3:00pm, power and utilities are not on and pool is not serviced. This made it impossible to do a through inspection of home. Greg G[redacted] owner of Franchise Reality, was contacted at this time of 3:00 pm about the situation and responded that he was not going to have utilities turned on or pool serviced until after closing. I cant understand this type of practice having a home inspection done after closing. This is unheard of. I hope that future customers of Franchise Reality do not have the same heartache as I experienced.Sincerely,Russell W[redacted]"
