*** ** *** *** We hope that every vehicle we sell would not develop any issues. Our goal is to sell a well serviced vehicle that will serve
the customer well. Unfortunately we can’t foresee future issues that may arise. This vehicle was sold “AS IS” per the state law in ConnecticutThe Connecticut Used Car Warranty stipulates that a warranty would apply if the vehicle is six years old or less. The law further states there is no warranty on vehicles used for commercial purpose The customer signed all the supporting documents to that effect in addition there were no further promises made to the customer. The customer makes mention several times that Mike and Tony Auto Sales, Incis denying to repair this vehicle under warranty of which he doesn’t have

Our Salesman spoke to this customer *** *** *** *** as we are in *** ** and he is in ***. The purpose of contacting the customer in this manner was so the customer could view the vehicle. Our salesman walked around the vehicle in order to provide him with live visual
of the vehicle. I spoke to this customer on Saturday 1/21/as the customer raised concern about the cylinder head gasket being blown due to seeing condensation in the oil filler housing. I explained to the customer the impression of condensation was due to the cold weather. I even went as far as taking another picture of the oil filler housing from anothe* *** *** to show him this is very common due to the climate here in ***. After talking to this customer he told me he would have the engine oil and transmission fluid flushed and replaced and would drive it for one month to see if the condensation would return since he lives in a much warmer climate. We agreed that he would touch base with me on this topic then. At no time did customer request face time of under carriage of vehicle and customer could have requested to have vehicle inspected by an independent shopDuring my conversation with him there was no mention of valve cover and water pump leaking it was only brought to my attention via his report to the Revdex.com. We strive to satisfy our customers as best we can and are willing to work with our customers to resolve any issuesI am willing to speak with this customer to resolve this matter *** *** *** *** *** *** ***owner

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: business owner did not sign off on inspection paperwork and the CT lemon law states no vehicle can be sold as is, even if it's stated in the back ppwk. If he needs a copy if the law orb the ppwk I would be happy to provide this to him or the Revdex.com. Consumer protection laws were put into place for this reason. I've attached some info and a copy of the sales inspection ppwk which clearly states the form must be signed. It's not signed. This is an attempt of a dealer to claim gross misunderstanding of the lemon law. I do not accept this response.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
