Francis credit repair is a scam ! Beware!

Review: This company does not abide by the signed contract. The company claimed they would increase my credit score when in fact it was lowered once I went to him and paid him my money. When I complained to him he asked for more money and when I said no he voided the contract. He tried to shaft me for $1,000,000 more than I had originally paid him $2,500.00 which was in the contract.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back which I paid him in accordance with the contract. I would also like to request that his business license be suspended.

Thank you so much for informing me of this one and only unsatisfied customer, [redacted], who I have deleted all his debts without him paying a dime to the creditors (deletion letter from creditors and deb collectors attached).

In our contract, as in all my contracts, written and verbal agreements, I also inform my clients that this is an attempt to delete debts, increase score or to lower debts. In this case, [redacted] debts was deleted and score was increased from the [redacted] he came to my office first with, then to [redacted] that I did in about 2 months (credit report is attached).

However, one of the credit bureaus seemed to had it out for him, so they did not want to comply with my demands on behalf of [redacted] to removed a paid judgment from his report, however, I got the other credit bureaus to remove it but not experian, I think it was, so I informed him that, my letters that highlights the law to that one credit bureau is not working anymore, so it is time we take them to court and as the contract stipulated, if we have to go to court, it will be additional funds to take them to court, as court does have application fees, and attorney fees etcetera. It is in the contract and also he took me to court where I won because everything I explained in the contract he signed and he presented in court proved my case, as I am great at my work.

He got his debts deleted, his score increased, judgments removed, tax liens removed. The issue we have is that one credit bureau would not comply to New York state Laws and removed a paid judgment after 5 years. I even contacted the Attorney General of New York, who agreed with me legal reasoning from the law of New York, paid judgments are removed after 5 years from payment in the State of new York.

The judge in [redacted] agreed to everything that I did, the work, and said, the contract. But the clietn thinks I should be able to delete the Tax Lien from the credit bureau who is not complying without taking them to court which would cause him additional money. Because he does not want to pay the additional money to have a judge, who has power, ordered the deletion of the tax lien from that one non-complying credit bureau.

This matter is a [redacted] matter and I have attached all evidence and if you like the judges decision when he took me to court, that I have earn my pay. I went beyond because he would call, curse, harass and criminally threaten.

Not only this, the contract states for him because of how severe his case is, that he must deposit $1000.00 down and pay NO MORE until he gets a negative item deleted, debts deleted. He paid me $2500.00, so this means debts were deleted. As no more money was due after the $1000 deposit until something positive happens (result is shown). Please ask him how much debts that he confess was legitimate debts did I get deleted without him paying a dime to the debt collector and creditors.

The other issue is one of the credit bureau was withholding his credit score because he needs to call in and validate himself so they can release the score, he wanted me to call in and pretend to be him, even if I could do that, the questions they would ask I could not answer, question like where did he live 20 years ago, who lived in his household with him years ago, things that only he would no identifying information.

This man as the judge's decision in Bronx Supreme court shows that he does not understand the application of laws, and what people can do and the limit of things. So, now I am attaching all the debts deleted, the nice credit report and the new start that I have given this man. This man was so excited about my work, he was screaming and my neighbours heard, and was excited for me, he also paid beyond the $1000.00 deposit which stated, you should not pay until you see result, he got so many debts deleted he bought perfumes from me also, said he did not want any but he just so excited, he is buying them.

Francis Credit Repair Agency is where Legality meets morality and one thing I will always do is respect others and treat my clients with love and fairness. Let the evidence speaks for itself, the decision of a learn judge, the New york state Attorney General, the deletion letters from the debt collectors and the creditors.
