am, 3am, 6am ,and amI answered his calls as soon as I retrieved them and was at his home with a crew of to remove all snow and ice from his entire roof not just eves boxI believe if you contact *** *** you will find he is pleased with our timely response. And appreciates this is a result of ice damming and not poor workmanship.Sincerely,

January 28, ***, I was in shock to learn the Revdex.com acted on the inadequate, one-sentence response regarding my above-stated complaint and closed my caseYes, Bradley and Patrick A*** had a conference call with me after they received my letterThe outcome of the discussion was as follows:1. Regarding the repair to the chimney, the discussion was “he said, she said.” I was not in agreement with every statement they made but I am willing to forego reimbursement for the added expense I incurredMessrsBradley and Patrick A*** agreed to reimburse me for the building permit. They agreed to deliver and install the replacement window for my dining room windowI expected in writing a statement defining their warranty period with a clause that the warranty is transferable when I sell my home and their assurance that they will investigate and remedy any leaks that can be traced to the siding installationI sent an e-mail to Patrick A*** (asking him to copy Brad) on January stating it had rained the previous day and the front wall was wet.To date I have heard nothing further from Brad and Patrick A***I sought a second opinion on the leak from a roofing and siding firm in NJ that enjoys an A+ rating by the Revdex.comThe principals are the nephews of my youngest sister’s best friend from kindergartenThe principal in the firm determined that the downspout was removed to install the siding but the back of the downspout was never sealed when reaffixed to the house so the rain was running behind the downspout into the space between the siding and wall and staining my living room wallHe had a vacation planned to begin the next day so he sealed the problem area and will return to do further workMy explanation might not be technically correct but it explains why the leaking continuedHe further stated he saw areas which could be potential problems which he will fixI was told my roof is in good shape and did not contribute to the leaking.Therefore, I will incur further expenses and whereas the Adams Brothers did not investigate and remedy the continued leaking, I expect reimbursement for the additional expenses I will incurI would like my case reopenedPlease let me know if you have any questionsSincerely,

Revdex.com:I'm nasty?????  This man, Brad A[redacted] is the RUDEST individual ever!!!!!!   And one of my downspouts RIDICULOUSLY FLOODS my walkway to my front step EVERY time it rains!  YES!  IT DOES!!!  Not installed correctly!  So I should be satisfied with that?  I hope they do show up by said date.  And I want to deal with Patrick A[redacted], NOT Brad.  $40000 later?  And I paid before all was said and done.  And was told I didn't have to pay until 100% satisfied!  Who's ridiculuous?

situation resolved until I receive what was agreed upon which is as follows:1. Reimbursement for the building permit in the amount of $59.2. Replacement window panel delivered and installed.3. A statement in writing 1) defining their warranty period with specific languageregarding the warranty when I sell my home and 2) their assurance that they will investigate and remedy any leaks that can be traced to the siding installation.

Review: In August 2012 my husband and I signed a contract with this company to have over 14,00.00 dollars in repairs done to our home. First work job started September 7,2012. We had seven double hung windows along with two bay windows a steel door and two screen doors. All the work wasn't completed at one time because the merchandise didn't come in together. After several issues I told them I wasn't making my final payment until everything was resolved. One of the Bay windows handles was broke when they installed the window they had the company who makes the window come out and fix it. I told [redacted] that I wanted a new window we'd agreered after talking with my husband and [redacted] reassuring us that the windows come with a lifetime warrenty fixing it would be okay. Finally all the work was completed. Now we move forward to warm weather and the seven double hung windows that were installed at a price of {$489.29} for each window are being opened and closed constantly and I can't get them to lock. My thirty three year old daughter came over and I asked her to try she had to push windows up and slam them down hard to get them to close and lock. First these windows are only installed for eight months and I am disabled and have a problem with my shoulder and can't fight to get these windows pushed up and down at the same time to lock them.I called on May 7,2013 at 9:38 pm I left a message telling him the problem. On May 8,2013 at 9:59 am I called again and spoke to [redacted] the sales person who guarenteed us these windows have a lifetime warrenty, he stated he got my call hasn't had time to put his schedule together and would get back to me and let me know when he was available to come check,no call. On May 9,2013 I called again at 12:39pm and spoke to an employee who didn't identify himself, I let him kow I spoke to [redacted] and he wanted to know when and what he said I told him and then he said he's out of office I'll have him call you when he get's in,no call. Today is Monday May 13,2013 and no one has called or come out .Desired Settlement: I want the seven double hung windows that aren't even a year old properly replaced with all molding around the windows properly replaced with no futher aggravation, or I want my money back for the windows.

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] called my phone this morning yelling that he has been in business for fifty seven years and has never had any complaints filed against him. I stated you were called three times and never responded, he said i'm coming over there now and when i'm done you better contact the agency, I told him don't threaten me and you can come over and i'll have the police here to walk you through because you aren't gonna threaten me,I then hung up. He called back leaving a message saying he didn't mean be to be so upset but when he saw the complaint he was angry and no need to call the police he'll come when my husband is home. First off he slanders me by claiming I'm unstable when he called yelling at me, they did no work for me that I didn't pay for [redacted] told me that the wood around the Bay Windows would be painted when they installed the windows because I stated to him that I can't do it and the last time I had windows installed in my other home it was an issue so I wanted to make sure it was covered.,When I questioned it[redacted]'s words were do you have it in writing,I said no I don't I took your word but I'll eat the painting and have someone else do it but I did't pay for you to install a broken window that I sat and watched them in fact cover up and not even tell me it was broke. So the agreement was the company come out and fix the window and they would paint instead of them having to order another Bay Window at their expense For {3997] DOLLARS.Also when they installed the double hung windows they ripped out the wood trim around the windows and messed them up and I insisted that that be fixed back the way it was before installation of the windows.[redacted] forgets to give ALL the details. SO NOT ONLY HAS [redacted] SLANDERED ME HE ALSO TRYED BULLING TACTICS WITH HIS CALLING ME SCREAMING ON THE PHONE AFTER HE COMES HERE I BETTER WITHDRAW THE COMPLAINT. I CAN PROVE WITH MY PHONE RECORDS THAT HE DIDN'T CALL ME UNTIL TODAY AT 10:55 am AND AGAIN AT 10:59 LEAVING HIS MESSAGE BECAUSE I TOLD HIM TO COME OVER AND HE WOULD HAVE ACCESS WITH POLICE ESCORT. I'm not mentally unstable my husband and I payed a large sum for this project and expected to have it done right and if he thought that there wasn't anything wrong or this was a small fix why didn't they return my calls. My husband told me after I called and stated what happened that he will not allow this company back in our home and we'll pay someone else to come out and fix them. After we have this process done I will file a complaint with the attorney generals office and let them handle it,along with [redacted] slander.. [redacted] can say whatever he wishes but his bulling tactics aren't gonna scare me I know the truth,he'll just have to face the facts. I DO NOT wish to have my complaint withdrawn let oyher people be aware of all the facts in a case.
