Review: When I approached the woman in the office regarding the disgusting black mold found all over the shower curtain and windows in the bathroom, She refused to refund me the money for my room. When I arrived she told me it was the only room they had left and when approached regarding the black mold she advised me she could switch me rooms. She also asked why I waited 3 hours. I usually don't inspect showers and windows until I need to use a shower. IF this room was covered in mold why would I want to switch and stay in another room? I ended leaving and staying with my friend for the duration of my trip. I feel the lady was very unprofessional and they should be required to inspect the rooms for mold before renting them out.Desired Settlement: The room rate which I paid $64.90
