include paying directly in the office, through the night drop if after hours and the United States Postal Service. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and late on the 2nd. Late fees are not charged until the 4th. Concerning the holiday, we were not open on the 1st or 2nd however still had the option of using the night drop or receiving payments through the mail. Due to Fair Housing laws we are required to follow the lease contract with all residents and cannot waive late fees regardless of the reason behind the late payment. If we were to make this exception, then we will have discriminated on all other residents who paid after the 3rd of January and would be subject to fines and litigations. We apologize for the inconvenience of not having an online site to pay rent on or send service requests. However we hope to be able to offer this in the future for all our residents.
