I am attaching a letter that explains my reasons of not accepting MrFranck's response. Plus I am sending a copy of the invoice to fix the broken window button

If you look at the last two written communications, you will see that this matter has gotten way out of hand for a simple job that we have been routinely performing since 1967. The customer has stated that this car was left out in the rain the morning of April 7, 2015 with the windows down. It was not. You can look at our security camera footage (we viewed from 8am 4/7) to see that this customers vehicle was never out of our control nor were the windows left down outside our building. A time stamp is on our first response. This is a 19 year old car that we spent time on and cared for as we would any newer vehicle. The question concerning the window switch, which was brought to our attention after the car was picked up, was addressed by a technician. We diagnosed a switch on the console that did not operate; however, the rear key switch did operate the window. We offered this customer a replacement car, yes off of our lot, while we addressed the potential issue. She refused any offer and demanded her payment back for work that we had performed. Claiming verbally that we had left the windows down when it rained 1.2 inches according to the Louisville International Airport weather report. As listed on our previous response, Yes, it was raining while in our possession, we would have never left the windows down while outside of our facility. Again, visible as per security surveillance.
In our attempt to resolve this complaint we will reimburse this customer $114.95 for the part and labor incurred from a facility of their choice that they paid to replace the dash switch, in question. Also the fuel based on www.yotatech.com of .2 to .3 (while idling) gallons per hour times 3 hours, approximately 1 gallon at the current price of roughly $3.00 to cover any fuel the vehicle used in our normal drying process totaling $117.95. We feel this addresses the issues that are stated in the customers' written complaint.
