Mr*** was in fact advised that we would not pay for the repair based on the fact that in order for ANY paint to come off of a car using the tape that we use there had to be an underlying issue with the paint to begin withWe use the same tape on every vehicle that has a rear wiper to hold it in
placeBubbles Car Wash washes approxcars per day; at least 1/of those cars have rear wiper bladesIf the vehicle was not primed correctly or has any type of blemish or bubble in the paint it weakens the areaBubbles *** did exactly what is done to any other vehicle that needs to taped and did nothing wrongBubbles would have no way of knowing if there was something not right with the paint

Bubbles Car Wash does not have a history of damaging patrons' vehiclesIf that were in fact the case, Bubbles would not be in businessIf Bubbles Car Wash ever did have the misfortune of damaging a car we own up to itThis situation was not in fact the fault of Bubbles Car WashAs previously explained, the ONLY way that the paint would have come off the car was if it was not properly primed OR if there was any type of bubble or blemish in the paintThis should have been explained to him when he brought his car to *** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because this business has a history of damaging patrons' vehicles and refusing to make reparations for their mistakes. They should pay for the damage they caused to my car. Others should know that they damage cars and do not pay to repair them.Regards,
