Review: I had a broken fog light on my [redacted]. I asked them if they could fix it since I get gas from them every week. The manager Wayne took my VIN and the Ast. Manager Chris called me stating that it would be $157 plus $49 for labor. I went to them today morning and once it was done I was shocked that the amount charged for the part was $259.08 instead of $157 as proposed over the phone. I requested that the Chris call me as that was not what I was informed. As usual he did not and I called him up after 11:00 a.m. which was over an hour after he comes in. He tried to convince me that he is an honest person building the business. He gave me a song and dance about the price being $250 and when I insisted that he was wrong he had a convenient memory loss. On my insistence he then admitted that $157 was the cost to them but then they add 30% for their fee which VERY CONVENIENTLY FORGOT TO TELL ME. Maybe he has a broken calculator because adding 30% still comes to only $204.10 NOT $288 PLUS the charge of @22.08 for a bulb. When I requested a quote it was for the entire package NOT PARTS. This was DELIBERATE MISREPRESENTATION on their part. The convenient memory loss IS Unacceptable.He then informed me that they are registered with [redacted] and that I should contact them for arbitration. I called up VA Dept of Corporations and they are not listed under that name. [redacted] County said that the name not active but that address indicates a business as [redacted] Towing a& Franconia Sunoco. It seems that they are not even registered correctly. I am requesting assistance in getting a credit for the difference as this was highway robbery and please post this complaint on your website so that others may not experience the same fleecing by them. I am going to continue follwwing up to find out where and how they are actually registeredand then follow up with the respective Divn of Corporation. I hope that you follow up on this matter and thank you in advance for your assistance.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a credit for the difference plus relevant tax amount. Neddless to say I will never set foot in the gas station again.
