Francs Construction redid our entire first floor down to the studs; kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room and family room, plus both exterior doorsThey put in a new subfloor and tiled the kitchen and bathroom, installed kitchen cabinets, built a pantry, sanded and refinished original 100+year old hardwood, took out the wall between our dining and living room, creating an open area for our children and family, drywalled, textured, and painted entire downstairsThey also redid a room upstairs to make a nursery, taking the entire room to studs and installing closets, as well as remodeling the upstairs bathroom; tile, vanity, new shower enclosure, etcThey work hard and while some dust is unavoidable during remodel, they are very conscientious about refuse removal and cleanupWe are so enjoying our wonderful new space and the new life he's breathed into our homeCost is higher than some, lower than many, but beyond worth the price, even the family nitpickers can't find fault in workmanship!
