Dentures broke less than months later Tooth broke and then they cracked in the middle while eating a sandwichCalled office on Friday was told to come in on Monday am The dentures were repaired and I do not think their lab made these, but I do feel like they should have been replaced due to the time Ive had them I really feel as if I got a bad set The dentist is very nice there, however the lady at the front desk (blond with a braid) was RUDE and unprofessional and wouldnt let me speak to anyone before the repair was madeThese were dollars and less than months old, no need for them to break at all! I have never dropped them to my knowledge and I have only ever cleaned them with Dial gold and Polident tablets
Extremely disappointed in customer service and led to believe these were superior dentures
I made appt.for consultation this a.m to see if dentist would recommend dentures.my apt was at 10:a.mI read on there web site that office would give me bill to sent in,there was nothing about not taking or providing me with bill to send to *** *** insurance is medicare supplement there was no information given to me on phone when I made appt.the lady at front desk was rude to me

They drop pills on the floor and put 'em back in the pill bottlesI witnessed this while working there
