Frank and Son General Construction

Review: On 03/25/2014 [redacted] owner of Frank and son General Construction signed a work contract agreement with [redacted] to install a security alarm, survillance, sound and access systems at [redacted], one of our customers. Contract states job will be paid in full after complation and be checked by our specialists. After working for two days Mr. [redacted] started requesting partial payment, A check for $800.00 (Check #[redacted]) was given to him. Inmediately after casing the check, he and his crew never showed up to work for two consecutive days, them he asked for the rest of the payment agreed without finished the job, as his petition was refused, he ordered one of his employee to show up at jobsite and stole 6 new audio speakers and a box of 1000 feet Cat6 wire to exchange for the remaining amount of payment owed to him when complete the work. As today 04/07/14 he has not returned the equipments stolen.Desired Settlement: As he refused to come back to finish the job agreed on contract, we would like to give back the partial payment given to him and return private property stolen from [redacted].

filed a machanic's lien and we have a signed statement from the officer

who picked up the materials,,
