Review: I bought a pinao at their [redacted] store on Jan [redacted] Monday and the brand was Pramberger Baby Grand. The sales man told us that piano is a brand new one and we checked it. it was brand new. I also asked my friend who knows piano to try that piano and everything seems ok. Then we started to wait for them to deliver. It was rescheduled a few times. We were patiently waiting. Finally on Saturday Jan **, the delivery crew came but when we saw that piano, it was completely damaged. My 5-year old daughter was so disappointed and she has been waiting for this gift for a while.

So I called the [redacted] on Monday Feb [redacted] finally picked up the phone and his attitude was horrible. I asked him what he can do. He did not clearly explain what he can do and then even hung up my phone. He used very bad words. I was completely shocked. This is their fault. He said it was the delivery guy fault not his fault... I called him a few times and he stopped picking up my phone.

I have never seen such a rude person. I paid a lot of money for this piano and he did not even want to take any responsibilities. he did not even pick up my phone. I had to call my credit card company and the charge was already paid. I think this piano company was cheating on customers. Please help me as a sad mom.Desired Settlement: I need them to change the same brand new one to me. and this [redacted] should send an apology letter to my family. they should return the money back if they cannot exchange. As a business [redacted], how can he hang up on a customer with dirty cursing words???

Review: On Sept ** I ordered a drum for my grandson and paid for it on line.I received an immediate confirmation/receipt on line.The money came out of my account.I never received the drum.I've sent 3 requests for them to make this right via their website/email.I am unable to "login" to my account on their site, now and feel they are avoiding me because they don't want to give me my money back, or send me the drum.Desired Settlement: Either the drum I ordered or the money back - I don't care which one.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
