I am taking the time now to praise this company. Not only did this company 'fix' the most difficult roofing issue that two other paid-in-full reputable roofers previously contracted could not/did not fix but Frank-Dale Roof & Chimney LLC did it with style and diligence. Frank-Dale Roof & Chimney,LLC professionally worked until they mastered the job; a job that required numerous trips, various attempted solutions, even including calling in their fellow professionals over an 18 months period. Frank-Dale Roof & Chimney, LLC not only responded to our many phone calls AsSoonAsPossible but extended consistent kindness treating us with respect & dignity. Above all, this company kept their promises never charging us above the written contract. We believed in them and their sincere grip, the handshake of these men of the then new company as we wrote the check payment in full in advance. They kept their word fulfilling all our expectations. I applaud their professional and humanitarian behaviors as I continue to keep them in my prayers. I extend my respect and kudos to this fine company.
