Frank Emmet Real Estate

I have lived at ***, Apt for about ten years. I moved out on 07/19/2018. I was a great tenant, and I such good cared the apartment. I even cleaned it before leaving although I was not supposed to do it. The Manegement company was Frank Emmet Real Estate. I gave a security deposit for $800 to the previous management company, which was Lawrence Management. Later, Frank Emmet Real Estate took over the management. $150 was supposed to be deducted from $800 for cleaning purposes, and I was supposed to get back $650 per my contract. Ms. Sonya M who was the property manager at Frank Emmet promised to send a check for $650 with in three weeks to an address provided to her by me. It never has happened. I have sent numerous of emails to her and made so many phone calls with no response. In September, I found out that she left Frank Emmet. I talked Ms. Clara S who replaced Ms. M. She also promised to send my money back asap. I sent her email to provide an address to send a check for my return although that address was provided previously. Ms.S*** did not send the check either. I have called her and sent emails with no response. I also developed health issues in that apartment. I reported Ms. M that the apartment had excessive mold. Frank Emmet company chose not to do anything about it.
