DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked a person party bus in April for June 10th to take my entire family to a wedding an hour awayAfter I paid the deposit it was nearly impossible to get a response back from VinceI had to change the schedule a couple of times and it was like pulling teeth to get him to confirm itSo a week leading up to the date he told me they do not take cash anymore (unlike what their service agreement states) and that I had to pay by cardI told him that is not what the agreement says and that I didn't have $1,in my account for that transactionHe agreed that I could pay in cash the day of...then I receive a phone call from my bank stating that loyalty limo tried to run my debit card!! I was very upset but just overlooked it because I had other people taking the bus with me and we were all excitedFast forward to the day of the weddingWe have family ages 14-waiting for this bus (one of whom has to use a wheelchair so I made sure the bus would accommodate that)...1:comes around and this filthy outdated bus shows up and we see the driver get out and check the engineWe had to go outside to talk to him and he claims that the A.Cwent out and that the engine was overheating on his way thereI told him to call Vince immediately because we needed to go...he then says "I don't know any Vince" loyalty limo hired another company to come pick us up and take us because they were overbooked! I then tried calling Vince numerous times with no response...my husband ended up texting him and the coward answered that and said he would issue a full refundUh duh Vince!!!! The owner of the bus that showed up to take us also could not get ahold of loyalty to see what they wanted them to do to accommodate usI still have not been able to get ahold of loyalty limo on the phone or through text and the payment I made has still not been refundedWe had to all pile into cars and drive to the wedding ourselves which made us all miss my cousins ceremony...something none of us will ever be able to see again...and Vince just takes no responsibility for that at allPLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEMI know they received some good reviews but this company does not care about their customers or make it easy for them at all

The two men who came to help my move were on time, polite and knowledgeable They did a great job - were careful and considerate of my belongings and the interior of the new house I would use this group again The folks at the main office were professional, polite and considerate

I recently used Moda Moving for a local move in townNot only was the office very accommodating with me changing my move dates, the movers they sent (Richard and Jose) did an amazing job with loading and unloading my furniture, boxes and other loose itemsThey were both very pleasant, didn't fuss with directions, and I felt very safe and secure to leave them loading the van while I did other thingsThank you Moda Moving!!!!

Moda Movers - Willsonville, Oregon are TERRIBLE – communication was almost nonexistent from them through phone calls and emailsTerrible – broken promises on delivery timeTerrible – broken and lost items
Moda arrived June 27th at our house to load their moving truck with our items that we had packedThe loading crew was good but part way through the loading they received a phone call letting them know that the truck driver that was to drive their truck to our Las Vegas house had shown up DRUNK and Moda was going to give him a couple of days to sober up before driving to Las VegasI asked if Moda had other drivers available and Moda said they did notAs the loading progressed, the crew leader said that the truck they were loading with our items was too small for all of our belongings so they were going to have another truck sent to our houseThen the Moda crew leader said that when both trucks were filled, they would be driven to WillsonvilleModa finished loading, we spent the night in Salem and the next morning we drove to our new house located in Las Vegas, NevadaOn our drive to Las Vegas we called Moda to check that they had started driving to Las VegasModa says they still have no driver!! We kept calling them (Moda did not initiate a call to us)Norm is an artist and has painted plus paintings that we wanted moved and wanted Moda to take special care ofModa charged us extra to pack themWe said OKBut after Moda got the paintings to Willsonville then they wanted more money to repack themWhat could we do but pay the additional $$More phone calls from us, now in Las Vegas, to Willsonville (no calls from Moda) and Moda still had not left Willsonville
On July 9, upon delivery of our items, we realized that MANY of our boxes had not been deliveredWe called Moda and they had not a clue as to where they might beAlso missing was our house vacuum cleaner and two patio chairs (which match our table and four other chairs)We unpacked the paintings only to discover that many were scratched, had broken frames, and the paintings were warped out of shapeModas conclusion was painting damage was due to Las Vegas climate!! Moda said that Oregon does not have the hot, dry, cold, dampweather like Las VegasMany days went by and after another call from us they found the vacuum but they, a moving company, were not sure how they would get it delivered to usWeeks after they had found our vacuum it showed up in a box on our front porchWe opened it and saw that it had been taken apart, broken and used by themSeveral weeks later Moda came across our two patio chairs in their warehouse and once again could not figure out how to get them delivered to usWith today’s technology we (sadly) have saved all of the emails between us and ModaAnd our phones have a record of our calls to them and show that they did not return many of our calls when we had to leave messages

I did not want to write this reviewI gave Moda plenty of time and opportunities to fix the problems with my moveI thought that because they are owned and operated by veterans that they would do a good jobBut that didn't mean anythingThey were not competent, trustworthy nor honorable in their dealings with meRight from the beginning -- an estimate that was so low in comparison to the others I got, I questioned them only to discover they quoted half the jobA questionable practice, to be sureThen it took me many, many requests to get copies of paperwork, including receipts for paymentsTheir excuse? "We're busy." They didn't tag anything, didn't label many of the boxes they packed and didn't do an inventoryHow can you take possession of someone's entire household without doing an inventory? Crazy incompetent and unprofessionalAnd then they lost some of my items and gave me someone else'sWhen I reported this, they acted like I was too stupid to know my own stuffThey finally found some of my things and picked up the other person's belongingsBut some are still missingThey claim they looked, so who knows where they areI doubt I'll ever see my stuff againIn all the times that I have moved, this has never happenedAnd because one of the still missing items was packed by their people while I wasn't there, I don't know exactly what is missing, so filing a claim is impossibleThey offered me $for my trouble -- but never sent itTerrible, terrible company

I called three companies for estimates
We selected MODA MOVING because it is veteran owned and we felt valued as their customers; from our first contact via telephone to on-site estimate to move....THE BEST!!
The cost was very reasonable but when we saw how our furniture was handled....with unbelievable care!
Our crew, made up of Raul, Mario and Ray called when they were on their way, introduced themselves upon arrival and went to work They were well spoken and clean cut
Important to us was they were very thoughtful and possessed a terrific sense of humor....all three of these men
They worked hard and loaded two trucks
Everything arrived in good order and they placed items where we asked Everything from the antiques to very fragile decorator items arrived as they had been packed and loaded on the trucks
I do not participate in reviews and moving is a wretched experience but MODA MOVING is worth telling other people about
When we move again; MODA MOVING will be the company we call

Review: I paid Mr. Hamilton 500.00 to do my kitchen work. He have not finish my work. When I call him he get mad and never call me.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.
