I called Frank Gay Plumbing out of Orlando for a plumbing estimate to renovate an older home While there, I scheduled a serve check on the AC system They arrived promptly which is where the "service" really stopped For $they charge you get a diagnostic only - no service After minutes and only checking the pressure on the system they arrived at maintenance items totaling over $ Fortunately I have worked on HVAC systems in the past and saw most recommendations as a way to extract $$ from the customer I did pay for $for truly needed items and things I did not have tools for but I was truly disappointed in their service Of course none of the diagnostic fee applied towards this total Needless to say I skipped their plumbing services Lastly, they need to have more professional technicians - the AC technician they sent actually had his tools in a shaving kit and spoke only broken English My advice - call someone else
The technician arrived on time, was very professional and completed the repair in a timely manner The site was left clean and neat as before the repair
Excellent servicice just to the point no time waste help me whit my pool electrical problem fast Saul T[redacted] electrician who came was cordial and berry helpful thanks I really recommend for this and other services
Frank Gay has a plumber, Nick, that has customer service at the top of his business list. I have been very pleased with their work and making sure the job is done well.
Eddie and Anthony came in at 9am and they installed the whole new carrier AC unit in just 5 hours. Very fast service. This is the best AC company in Orlando
