To whom it my concern,
When this customers concerns were brought forward to the Service Manager we did look at the issues the customer wanted addressed and sent pictures to Hyundai Canada for their consideration for coverageHyundai Canada
agreed with the dealerships original assessment and denied coverage as the concerns were deemed to be caused by outside influences and not manufacture defectWe at the dealership level are required to operate within the guidelines of the warranty policy and procedures set by the Manufacture, therefore this customer should direct their concerns with the manufacture and not the dealership
Hyundai Canada does not warranty environmental concerns such as but not limited to, stone chips, road hazards or ant other items neither the dealership nor Hyundai Canada are able to prevent

I am accepting this response from Parkway Hyundai and I will do as they said and file a new complaint against Hyundai CanadaI find it utterly ridiculous that this dealer can't work with the manufacturer to resolve this situation and find a solution
