To whom it may concern,
Rightway Automotive takes customer satisfaction very
seriously.  That is the reason we have
every vehicle safety inspected by a state licensed repair facility prior to
making it...

available for sale.  It’s also
why we provide every customer with an independent, 6 month or 6,000 mile
warranty and 2 years-worth of oil changes at no cost to the customer.  We also have additional extended warranties
from independent companies available for purchase.  I also think it’s important to note that
every customer is given ample time to test drive our vehicles and take them to
their own mechanic for inspection before they purchase if they desire.
Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2005 Dodge Stratus on February 20th,
2015 from our Livonia location. 
Unfortunately Mr. [redacted]’s vehicle over heated soon after purchase,
at which time we advised him to bring the vehicle to [redacted] Auto
Service.  [redacted] diagnosed the issue
and repaired the head gasket.  Rightway
paid for the repair in full.  We also
offered Mr. [redacted] a rental vehicle for the inconvenience, which he did not
take.  In regards to the battery we did replace
the battery shortly after purchase at no charge to Mr. [redacted], but the tire
wouldn’t have been removed to do this.  Mr.
[redacted] then contacted us about week later and had his vehicle towed to
[redacted] because he lost his tire while driving.  The vehicle had been to another service shop
and had about 1,800 additional miles on it, since we saw it last.  We asked him to provide us with an accident
report and where the tire was, he had neither.
We are not sure what happened regarding the tire issue, but
because of how soon it happened we are willing to split the costs of repair
with Mr. [redacted].  Please contact me at
