Review: Totally Dissatisfied, lack of corporation and communication, work left incomplete, attended numerous meetings and failed to follow through on what was promised/discussed i.e. failed to call the night before to inform us of their attendance, and finish out the punch list.Numerous requests were made for an itemized list of deductions for the lack of items in-completed on our job-site that were previously stated in the contract that was signed and dated by both parties. Sent an attempted certified letter via USPS, six times to the contact information to rectify the issues at hand, and the letter was never accepted by Frank J. Ott & Son Inc. A punch list was sent (all work in-completed/deductions on our part) as well, via certified USPS, was accepted by contractor but never had a response to honor the work that had to be finished per the original contract. Completely dissatisfied with the work that was completed as well as dissatisfied with the way this wasn't handled. Very unprofessional for a company who informed us they've been in business for over 50 years.Desired Settlement: Of all the times we've requested a list of deductions from the original contract, for items we had to purchase ourselves, unlike stated in contract i.e., storm door, toilet, vanity, sinks, plumbing work. Once this is all resolved and in a written agreement from Frank J. Ott & Sons Inc., then and only then, will we settle this manner. I don't feel my request is unreasonable. They need to take an accountability for the work completed that I am dissatisfied with as well as the work never completed.

We have been dealing with [redacted] since Super Storm Sandy and had nothing but a professional and easy going relationship . The contracts where drawn and signed . work progressed and if any problems arouse we addressed them To the best of our ability. [redacted] was a very nice and understanding woman. knowing that we were trying to help alot of clients that were devastated by the Storm . Towards the end of our job we started to deal with her daughter [redacted] and she had alot of concerns and punch list items she wanted done. We tried on many occasions to meet these demands but she became very difficult and was not treating us in the manner we are a customed to. We did discuss removing the items on her contract that we didnt do or were not contracted to do . We will not work for clients that treat us with disrespect and deny us the ability to remedy the issues she may have had. Please keep in mind we did not want this relationship to go where it did. Please also remember [redacted] hired us to do the contracted work and then her daughter got involved and made it impossible for us to complete the job .
