My complaint was ( I bought a pair of glasses in June they broke in Febthey replaced them
.They broke in the same place in may .they say the frames are on back
order and they don't know when they will be in)
Although I have new frames now I disagree with there responseI bought a pair of glasses in June they broke in Feb of ,they replaced them under warranty they were months old They broke the sane place in may
they said they were on back order till June June came they said still on back order and I would have to do without my glasses I filled the complaint on June 17th and then two days later they called to say that they found a pair and I could pick them upI went without glasses for 1and 1/months

that is bought a pair of glasses in June and they broke in Feb. Yes she did buy
a pair of glasses in June but they did not break in Feb. She did come in on
6/17 14 and her...

glasses were broke since her glasses were over a year old we
did not have the frame in the office anymore. We called the frame company to
send us out a new frame. Frame came in on 6/19/14 and patient was called
She came in on 6 19 14 to get her new frame. Patient was not charge for new
frame.
