Review: I sent a signature to the company to be identified, the company claimed to be very professional and could do this promptly. Within minutes I received an email telling me it was not who I thought it was nor could he identify who the signature belongs to. He is not a professional and he charged me for something he did not do, which is to identify the signature. I have all the e-mails and you can see in the short period of time he did not even try to do research.Desired Settlement: A prompt refund

All I knew before you paid me was you wanted an authentication of Dale Chihuly's autograph. This is the first time I ever did him and had no idea what his real signature looked like. When I accessed his exemplars they did not match up. It's not my responsibility to identify unknown signatures.

I'm sorry you feel this way but I did what you paid me to do, authenticate an autograph.

I am rejecting this response because: He did not tell me that this was not his line of work. He did not tell me who the signature belongs to, within just a few minutes he returned an answer saying just "sorry, I don't know. This is a scam and needs to stop. Most people would drop it because it is only $20, but if I do then he will continue doing this because it was so easy to take money for doing nothing. Instead an honest man would have said "I'm sorry this is not my line of work" instead he said { after I sent the signature} "I can't give you an opinion till after you pay me", then immediately after paying him he let me know it wasn't his line of work. I don't mind paying anyone for doing a job, but to take money for doing nothing is not acceptable.
