the technician discovered that Ms. [redacted] did NOT have a backflow preventer device. The device was located in her neighbor's business. As a business, we have a standard 1 hour minimum charge for dispatching a technician whether or not that technician actually does any work. [redacted] was invoiced for that one-hour charge in the amount of $95.85. This was explained to [redacted] and we extended a courtesy credit and have voided this invoice [redacted] in the amount of $95.85. She has been informed of this credit. I am not sure why this is not sufficient and we considered this matter closed prior to her contacting the Revdex.com.
