A job in my opinion that should have cost NO MORE than $2000 was billed for $4000 - this was clearly an attempt to overcharge me because I am a single female and they felt they would get away with it. The job completed was mediocre at best - materials for the job according to them were just over $700 - they made the job stretch for 10 hours and based on the bill, expected to make $165 an hour EACH - I don't know what kind of credentials get you that kind of money, - Two men - one plumber, and an assistant - both making those wages is unheard of.
thank you for your response to this matter. The dispute has been resolved. I have since paid Frank Pye for his services in the amount of $1800 as opposed to the $4000 originally discussed. The payment was accepted
