Review: Repair services first came to me home on 7/**. At that time I was told I needed a new fan. Took about a week for part to come in. Repair man came to house and put in new fan. Next morning refrigerator was still not working. Called company waited a few days for repair man to return. Repair man the said he didn't think he plugged in the fan correctly. He said it should work now, but he would order a new part just in case. Next day fridge was still not working. Called company again and was told that she had to call repair man and see what was going on. About 3 days later I was told the part would take about a week to arrive. Two weeks later repair man came back and said it was the wires and not the fan, but he had to get diagram for wiring and would be back on Thursday. Thursday came did not hear from repair man. Called left messages. Was finally called back about 1:30 and was told repairman couldn't get to me today and would be able to come on Saturday August **. Saturday morning I did not hear from company. Called and left messages on 2 different numbers and did not receive a call back. Called a third number about 11:00 repair man answered phone and said I should have gotten a phone call from the company last night. I informed him that I did not receive a call and wanted to know when he was coming. He said he would be there between 1 and 4. About 2:30 he showed up and I was then told that the wires were burnt out and it couldn't be repaired. I said so I paid for a part that I didn't need. He didn't answer this question instead he replied, nothing I can do you need a new refrigerator and left.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back ($313.93) for the unnecessary repair.
