Review: I have used [redacted] numerous times in the past and have always been happy. Unfortunately, not anymore. I had a terrible house fire Dec. *, 2011. Myself and my children almost died. Fortunately, we are all ok, however it has been almost two years and still not living in our home. I hired [redacted] immediately after the fire to do a full new construction of heat, ac, plumbing, water, etc. Understandably, he is a busy guy, then the hurricane hit and he was even busier. I have been waiting for [redacted] for over a year to complete my home. Last year, right before the hurricane he got all the supplies delivered after we gave him $10,000. in cash to get the materials, luckily before the storm. But, they have been sitting in my empty, unlived in house ever since. It has been such a strain on my children, my marriage, etc., as we are still living with my elderly parents. WE have given [redacted] money for materials and toward his labor, this is not the issue. We just want the job completed as he gave me "his word" that he would. He could've came an hour a day at this point for a year. I just want to go home with my family to my own house, everything else is complete except for his job.Desired Settlement: I just want him to come and do as he keeps promising me. Finish the job. I cannot move back until he does. I have no bathroom and no kitchen because of his delay in coming. Being that he started the job, no one else wants to start where he left off, without saying they need to rip out and re do the job, which will be double the cost to me. Please have him come and return to finish this job, tht is all I ask.

[redacted]'s P&H Corporation was contacted by [redacted] to

do work at [redacted] gave [redacted]'s P&H Corporation $10,000.00 to which [redacted] went and purchased material and delivered to the above address. [redacted]'s P&H Corporation had become extremely busy with the winter months. [redacted] and [redacted] told [redacted] numerous times that the supplies were at her house to find someone else to do the installation. [redacted] has called the business number several times cursing saying she did not care about anybody elses job but her own. [redacted], called [redacted] and said she was ready to push the button if he did not show up at her house. So, as of 8/**/13. we received a letter from the Revdex.com so that means [redacted] pushed the button to report [redacted]'s P&H Corporation. Also, [redacted] has called the Town of Suffolk on [redacted]'s P&H Corporation. In doing so, our office received a call from the Town of Suffolk letting [redacted] know that his consumer affairs license has expired as of June *, 2013. From April through June 2013, [redacted] who handles all the paperwork for the office was extermely busy at the hospital with her mom. We just found out that the license was not renewed because [redacted] reported [redacted]'s P&H to the Town of Suffolk. As of 9/**/13 the proper paperwork has been submitted and license has been paid. [redacted]'s P&H was also told that the license he holds for Suffolk County is only for "Boiler" work. not plumbing. So, no that [redacted] has reported [redacted]'s P&H to the Revdex.com and to the Town of Suffolk and opened up a can of worms. [redacted]'s P&H Corporation will not be able according the the Town of Suffolk to complete the plumbing part at [redacted] P&H Corporation will only be able to complete the Boiler & A/C work. [redacted]'s P&H Corporation f eels [redacted] was told numerous times to get someone else to complete her job. [redacted]'s P&H Corporation will consider doing only the Boiler & A/C work as long as: [redacted] pulls back the BAD REPORT TO THE Revdex.com AND THE TOWN OF SUFFOLK. We are sorry [redacted] had a fire in her home. That was NOT caused by [redacted]'s P&H Corporation. If might be in the best interest now if [redacted] contracted another plumber to do the job. There is just to much anomosity between [redacted] P&H Corporation and [redacted]. And [redacted] feels he would complete the job and not get paid from the Cerullos'. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

My address is [redacted] not #*. I fell [redacted]'s response is ridiculous. I opened up a can of worms for her. As a business owner their license should be up to date and the details of what they do for a living should be covered under that license. [redacted] is not being honest. I have spoken to her husband nicely several times and he has promised to come and do my job. He never said get someone else, his wife did and she is very rude, unprofessional and a horror to deal with. She brings all her personal issues to their business and will suffer for that. [redacted] is a nice man and great plumber. I want him to finish the job for us that's all. And we haven given him more than just the 10,000.00 dollars for materials, we have given him payments as well. His wife is incorrect in the ASSUMPTION we will not pay for his services. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST TWO YEARS TO GLADLY GIVE HIM PAYMENT FOR DOING OUR JOB. His wife should not be even answering the phone for him as she is rude and has no customer skills or care for her customers at all. I have spoken with [redacted] several times, he just hasn't fulfilled his promises to us. The response is ridiculous....In response to this, if [redacted] comes by next week and fulfills his promise in which he gave his word he would, I will gladly help with his review on Revdex.com to get it back up. Have [redacted] personally call me, and come and do my job and I will gladly drop this if he keeps his word to me.

Ref: ID# [redacted]'s Plumbing and Heating license is up to date as we speak. [redacted] received a call from [redacted], stating that the Suffolk County Consumer affairs man was going to her house to do an inspection. And said that [redacted] would be fined more when he inspects. She stated on [redacted]s cell phone answering machine (which I played for you) that her husband will pay [redacted] the fine he just paid of $300.00 to the Town of Suffolk. She stated the Town of Suffolk County Consumer Affairs man was coimng to do an inspection and [redacted] will be issued new fines and that her husband will pay any fines that [redacted] will be issued. As of Saturday, October **, 2013 we have not heard from the Town of Suffolk County Consumer Affairs with any further fines.

Yes, [redacted] did tell the man at the Town of Suffolk County Consumer Affairs that he did not want to go back and do the work. They gave [redacted] 10,000.00 to purchase supplies that he delivered. Again, they are sitting in her house and they can call any other plumber to complete the job. There are a lot of plumbers who would be willing to complete the job for them. They just do not want to pay. Again the anomisty that has been going on and the report to the Revdex.com and Town of Suffolk Consumer Affairs has made [redacted] very uncomfortable. All of a sudden she can wipe away all the complaints and [redacted] thinks everything will be normal.

Again all the time she has put into these complaints could have been spent interviewing other plumbers and her job would be complete. [redacted] states that other plumbers do not want to pick up where [redacted] left off. He delivered supplies they would just have to take out of the boxes and start the work . If [redacted] would like we can give her names of plumbers that would be able to complete her job.

According to the Town of Suffolk County Consumer Affairs man, [redacted] is not allowed to that type of plumbing that is needed in that township. [redacted] is not going to risk his license and is only doing cleanings of oil burners to this day.

Again, [redacted] said he cannot go back and complete the work at her house. According to the Town of Suffolk Consumer Affairs he is not able and his license does not permit him to do new construction on plumbing the type of work she needs done.

So, [redacted] is asking [redacted] to someone else to complete her job.
