AGAIN SHE PURCHASED THE CAR ON JAN.*** SHE HAD A PROBLEM APRIL *** WELL AFTER THE 30DAYS OF LEMON LAW CAR HAD 117,MILES ON IT AT TIME OF PURCHASEIT IS NOW MONTHS LATER AND SHE PUT 21,MILES ON THE CAR, MY DEALER RESPONSIBILTY IS LEGALLY OVER

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted] staff, knowing their business and their “responsibility” better than anyone else, especially potential car buyers, clearly took full advantage of this.  The issue could have been resolved after my first visit to Siena’s but instead I was given a go-around on my car being fixed—when I received it a month later the same issues—at the end I made 3 trips to resolve this.  Car history was never disclosed, again, if the business were honest, I would have been told it was in a major car accident and had mechanical issues and made my decision from there.  Instead, I was encouraged it was a great car.  It was only after my THIRD trip there, in trying to resolve this issue, that the staff at Siena’s told me they would never let their daughters get into a car like the one they sold me and would switch me into another car.  After trying to finally resolve the issue I looked at a few cars, I personally found one I was interested in, checked on [redacted]—AGAIN a questionable background, which the staff AGAIN did not disclose.  They gave me a go-around until their “[redacted]”  After trying to resolve the issue personally and willingly with Siena’s for a year—the only solution is a refund of the Volkswagen CC as a result of their terrible business practice.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Following [redacted] head of Customer Service, Steve's direction, my car was brought in after months after buying it. I did not have use of my car for over a month as "[redacted]" under my warranty and I continued to experience the same issues a few months after that, and then again a few months after that--all in following what I thought was a reputable establishment. Car history was never explained to me, including a previous accident. When trying to resolve the issue members of [redacted] said they would never even let their daughter drive the car I bought. I was then pressured into buying another car from them. Bottom line is [redacted] should take full responsibility for the cost of this car and all its issues as they knowingly sold a car with a negative history.

[redacted]. Unfortunately this was an unforeseen and extremely rare issue that we had no control over. The original title issued for this auto by [redacted] was printed with an incorrect vehicle identification number. The dealership that sold the car to us was unable to obtain a corrected title. Therefore, rather then [redacted] driving a car that could not be registered to him we offered to give a full refund of his purchase price as we were unable to locate a replacement vehicle for him in a short amount of time. Again, we apologize for [redacted]s inconvenience but we did remedy the problem the only way we could.

Review: I am a single father with 3 kids trying to get by driving approximately 30 miles back and forth to work 5 days a week. I needed a reliable car and had my mind set on this 2006 Acura TL. I purchased it with my hard earned 6,668.00 on the [redacted] of March. There was a few issues I wanted to talk to the dealer about but what I was told when I arrived blew my mind. They now want the car back because of a discrepancy with the Vin numbers on my title and their title. They said the vehicle cannot legally be registered. Now I am inconvenienced to find another car by June when they want it back.Desired Settlement: I would like the same car or better.
