tobacco ran into 4 other tobacco store that were having the same problem. They found a new wholesaler. Did not get a answer from Frank Silva representative Gary that order the wrong merchandise . This is bad business for Frank Silva to sell a store outdated merchandise when they did not order it, and then will not take it back.
