We only removed the materials from an un safe site,,and moved to our shop
,,till the owner ,,,,, paid the outstanding balance,, of the contract and
unsigned ,,,change order's
Here is the ,, proof of the returning of the materials to the
owner,, we
do have our ,,,own attorney,, and have since
filed a machanic's lien and we have a signed statement from the officer
who picked up the materials,,
