Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes I would like to submit a rebuttal Frank Subaru did something very unethical, causing me the consumer burden After informing them that I do not wish to do business with certain lenders, they went behind my back and wrote a lender on paper that denied me credit so I can proceed with the purchase of the car, which I didn't find out until weeks later that it wasn't the lender that I signed up for If I was given a choice I would've walk away and not continue with the purchase On top of that, the sales person told me if I don't give Frank Subaru a good survey, he will get fired I tried to save his job by calling the manufacturer and even mentioned his name on Revdex.com, whatever I can do to save his job I didn't realize that it was actually another red flag of business practices consumer needs to stay away from.CPS, is a lender that already got in trouble with the FTC because of their business practices [redacted] Auto Finance is second on the list Frank Subaru didn't respect my decision and got [redacted] Auto Finance approved the loan just to sell the car Frank Subaru knew that no one else would approve me for a loan but told me to find my own bank just to end the whole complaintWhat they offered was not a solution because they knew that can't happen I got on my recording. In the end Frank Subaru didn't address the issue of my complaintThey only respond to Revdex.com because they already knew regardless of what they say, as long as they answer, the complaint would be closed However, it doesn't change the fact the problem still exist Regards, [redacted] **

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
What Frank Subaru offered was not a solution. The original complaint was about their business practice. Frank Subaru went behind my back and wrote down a lender on a legal document that both parties signed which turned out to be a different lender. Frank Subaru didn't respect what I want or my decision as a consumer. What they have done was not something that can be undone, not with my case/situation. Therefore, Frank Subaru have created a problem that led to a complaint that should stay open until the circumstances can be reverse or changed. Frank Subaru always stated that they cannot disclose those information to Revdex.com. Why didn't they think about making sure that everything is correct and true according to our agreement when we signed the documents at the dealer? If they have a problem disclosing those information to Revdex.com, I don't. I can scan all the documents that Frank Subaru and I signed if Revdex.com wants to see them. Please continue to keep this complaint open until Frank Subaru truly offers a solution to the complaint to their business practices

It looks like even until today Frank Subaru doesn't understand what they did wrong or refuse to admit what they have done. I specifically told *** ***, the sales person and the sales manager that I do not want *** *** *** ***. November I told *** *** that I do not want *** *** *** *** when we went to look at the Hyper-blue STI. He sent to that lender anyways. When we were ready to buy a car in March 2016, we asked for a different sales manager because *** *** didn't respect our decision (and other reasons) so we end up with Fred Beraud. After all this, *** *** called me stating no one at Frank Subaru were aware that we do not want *** *** *** ***. It was a straight out lie. I even have a phone recording of *** *** voice stating that he was aware we don't want particular lenders. So what kind of investigation did he do? All he have to do is ask those who helped us. It is unethical to assume we are willing to finance with any company we said no to and to claim no one knows about it. I truly believe that they knew about it so they wrote *** *** on our contract just to sell us the car. I can't sue Frank Subaru because of *** ***, my friend and the family member of Frank Subaru. I do not wish to harm my friend's family but I believe that it was fraud. Everyone said I should be happy to be able to finance the car, but the decision should be mine, and if was given the opportunity, I would be more happy to tell *** ***, "NO THANK YOU. I RATHER WALK." Frank Subaru saying that my credit is so bad that *** *** was the only lender that was willing to finance me, that means there is no way I can find another lender. So why would they even suggest that. Just to sell their car, and now it's my problem? Are these the business practices that Revdex.com find acceptable? I wouldn't have this problem if only Frank Subaru respect my decision and not go behind my bank claiming another bank as the lender on the contract. The point is we should've been inform who will be our lender, whether we want to purchase or not. Conclusion: Frank Subaru forced a business relationship on me that I told them from the very beginning that I don't want. The WRX is the third car we bought from Frank Subaru. All Frank Subaru have to do is own up to their mistakes and apologize and possibly treat us to a little something special when we go back for a Subaru STI. I would still be angry but I could've let it go if the conversation with *** *** went that way, instead of having this situation reach Revdex.com. However, how everyone handles the situation, everyone is trying to cover their own behind and the customer (which is me) suffers then Revdex.com and future customers need to hear about it because obviously Frank Subaru isn't hearing me
Regards,
*** **

The customer's financing was placed with *** *** because it was the best lender available for financing we have no knowledge of the customer stating that they did not want to be financed by *** *** The customer has the option to secure their own financing now by re-financing with a new financial institution There is nothing more Frank Subaru can do for customer on this issue

As we replied to first complaint, due to the sensitivity and lending privacy laws, we are unable to discuss this situation is a public forumWe provided the customer with the best possible finance source, and program availableThe customer was offered the opportunity to secure their own financing with a lender of their choosing

Answering to Revdex.com doesn't mean Frank Subaru has answered my complaint.  I will go ahead and spell out my complaint again:
Frank Subaru disregarded me and my wish as a customer.  Frank Subaru has no respect to what I have to say as a customer, went and put a lender on the purchase contract which was not true.  It is the business practices that I am filing a complaint about.  According to Revdex.com standards, Frank Subaru broke many - took away my decision to go forward with a purchase or not, fail to tell the truth on a legal contract, wasn't transparent about everything that could influence my decision to buy, and overall, broken my trust with the business.  Before filing a complaint I made an attempt to discuss the situation with the owner of Frank Subaru.  I gave more than enough time for them to talk to me.  Instead I got a general manager that claimed that I was lying by telling me no one at Frank Subaru was told about my preferences.  I had voice recordings.  So again Frank Subaru was lying.  They fail to promptly identify and address the problem until I file a complaint with Revdex.com.
