resident for just about a year and she is on notice to vacate for 12/31/2016. We were informed on 11/14/2016 she has moved out of her apartment and break her lease. She came in a couple months ago and informed me of her feeling like she was being stalked by a previous BF she was in a relationship with. She had not filed a police report or restraining order. I advised her that might be a good idea and I also advised her of her transfer and/or move out options. She decided to give notice so she could vacate her apartment at the end of her lease term. [redacted] came back about a month later and said she was robbed at gunpoint outside of the apartment community on her way home from work. Again, I advised her of transfer options. She provided a police report number. I also pulled all security footage from the front of the apartment homes to see if we could identify anything on camera. We were unable to see anything. I also reached out to the Courtesy Officers that work at my property and explained what happened. One of my officers works the robbery division and was able to get assigned to her case. He reached out as well to Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] moved out owing a balance on her account and without speaking to the office. We have to go by the guidelines of her lease contract and we have offered all options available to Ms. [redacted]. Please let me know if any additional information is needed for this case.
