I preordered tons of dry creek pellets..first ton I got wasn't dry creek but was a good pellet..when I went to pick up my last tons of pellets they were the instant heat..I said ok as the guy seemed pretty knowledgable..worst pellets ever..was told conflicting stories by two main employees why dry creek wasn't in stock..was told if I wasn't happy I could return the pellets myself for a refund..I never received a phone call or anything about them not being able to get the specific pellets I preordered..place is a joke with horrible customer service
