June 4, Dear [redacted] , Not long ago, I was informed that the Kawai you purchased from us had a cabinet problem and I would like to address it The technician had told me about the issue and that you would call me so we could discuss this At my age I seem to be somewhat forgetful at times, however, I don't seem to recall having a conversation with you regarding this issue Did you call and/or email me? Would you mind calling me back? We, at Pianos n' Pianos inspect EVERY piano mechanically and structurally BEFORE it's delivered and we would never allow a piano to be purchased knowing that there were any problems The piano movers also inspect the instrument before they load onto the truck Obviously things can happen during the transportation and my question to you is: were you there when the instrument was delivered and did you inspect and sign-off on the delivery? In over 2,pianos we have sold, we have never had a problem arise of this nature All (4) of our technicians will verify our quality control and our care regarding cabinet damages We also would never take in a consignment piano such as the one you purchased if there were structural problems I know you purchased this (2) years ago, when did you discover the problem?
