Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
The business clearly does not understand why I am demanding a refundThe business owner does not even seem to understand the complaintI admit that I was not parked legally, which is why I was towedIf I were treated with respect by the towing business, and if the towing business did not DIRECTLY cause me UNNECESSARY distress, I would not have complainedI feel I deserve a refund for the horrible service and distress caused by the towing employee I dealt with.YES it is true that I was at the towing company premises for a long timeDuring this entire time, the employee waited for me to receive moneyDuring this time, the employee also lied that I was going to be arrested in order to get me to leave the premisesFor personal reasons, this was extremely distressingI can prove that I have a disability that was greatly agitated by this lieThe officer who spoke to me and the towing employee while I was on premises should be able to confirm that the employee lied to me about a warrant for my arrest.THE ISSUE is that once I received the money transfer and walked to the bank to get the cash to the towing employee, the employee left the premises and prevented me from accessing my carI tried to call the company to demand that the employee come back and give me my car, but I could not reach anyoneThe towing company is 24/emergency towing, so there is no excuse for holding my car after I had the cash.AFTER the employee stranded my younger sister and I in the city -- without a place to stay -- we had to roam the streets for hours until someone finally picked up at the towing company (it was the same employee from earlier)It was an extremely distressful night, as we were defenseless on the streets from about 3am - 6amWe could not eat, drink, or sleepWe were afraid for our safety.I'll iterate the problem once more since it seems like the towing company is having a hard time understanding what their employee did wrong:Lying to me that I was being arrested, which triggered an emotional disability (I can provide documentation to prove my emotional disability is directly related to police threats)I had the money, but for some reason the employee decided not to take it at the timeThe employee also failed to answer calls that were made to the towing company phone number after he locked my sister and I out of the premisesBecause the employee decided not to take my money and give my car back, my sister and I were homeless for the rest of the night and suffered for itFor some reason the employee decided to wait until 6am to answer my calls and give my car back
Regards,
