The customer is not entitled to any refund due to the fact that work was performed as agreed upon

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Rejection comments are as follows:As stated in detail in my original complaint narrative, I did inspect what I could see from ground level and it looked acceptable But once I got my ladder out and was able to inspect the upper two-thirds of the chimney, the work was clearly not the same as the lower portion, with many missed spots and lack of coverage My original complaint narrative states the details There was never any explanation given to me as to top of chimney vsbottom of chimney staining, weathering, etc What I can say is that after I got up there and put a second coat on the top two-thirds the entire chimney had the same coverage, looked the same and all the missed spots had been covered As for the suggestion of a frivolous complaint by 'Some People' this is anything but that, and is entirely consistent with other complaints lodged with the Revdex.com against this individual/business for poor workmanship etc that have already given this individual/business a bad reputation The only difference is the relatively small size of the job at issue Unfortunately, I did not do sufficient research myself to discover past complaints etc prior to hiring for the job In any event, my intent to put the matter on record for the benefit of others who may consider hiring this individual/business, which as I also mentioned in my original complaint narrative has left behind a series of complaints/disconnected phone numbers/out-of-business entities, has been achieved I could never have expected a proper resolution as requested given the individual/company history, but I am satisfied that I may save others from the same fate.
