reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, although Dan had not checked with us to see that "all has been resolved", this company certainly has done its best to work with me and resolve the issue.They had done the entire job over at no cost to us However, the standing water still persistsI have resigned myself that this is the best they can doI will be seeking elsewhere for a remedy at my own expense This complaint has been resolved

Attached is the change order showing the credits and the additions to the projectFranks should have charged Mrs*** an additional $in addition to the original price of $13,for the work that was completed on her homeFranks did not charge Mrs*** the difference and went ahead
with the work because it was best for the outcome of the project and we were aware of Mrs*** hardshipAll we are asking is Mrs*** pay the originally contracted amount of $13,Mrs*** has paid $12,to date leaving her with a $balance

We are scheduled to go out and make a minor adjustment I have settled with Mrs*** for $that she will pay upon completion of the adjustmentI believe that is scheduled for the 29th of this month

According to our records an agreement was made in October between Frank’s and the customer to use a product designed to color and seal the concrete on the sidewalkThis work would be performed at Frank’s expense even though there is no warranty on the concrete workAs a part of the agreement
the customer would go to the retailer where the product was sold and pick a color at their convenienceBoth parties agreed that the best time to apply the product was in the spring at the earliest to allow for weather more conducive to the application processAlso, we agreed that giving as much time as possible for the existing sealer to weather and breakdown would be beneficial to applying the productFrank’s has confidence that the product will work due to past use with great resultsAccording to our records the customer would be contacting Franks in the spring to let us know the color choice and to coordinate a date that works best with their scheduleWe assumed that when we did not hear from the customer that He was not ready to have us come out to apply the productFrank’s has yet to receive a phone call from the customer requesting a scheduling date to this pointFrank’s is committed to delivering the best customer experience possible and, we are eager to deliver on our agreement at the customer’s convenience
