Frank's Cleaning Service Reviews (2)

If you're under the age of 65, prepare for a complete lack of customer service and respect Upon entering the office, I was told "we have a less expensive park down the street if that would be more towards your interests" by the manager After prepaying rent for two months, on the first of the second month, the manager thought it necessary to leave multiple voicemail messages, a rude notice taped to my door, and an email to demand that my rent paid IMMEDIATELY, without any mention of the words 'please' or 'thank you' While walking my dog, I was given the order to "control my dog" for barking despite always being under a controlled leash, while witnessing multiple other residents with horribly behaved dogs offered no such commands You'll be treated with rudeness and disrespect from any employee of the park over the age of The restrooms will remain filthy, and odorous despite a "cleaning" on Monday mornings when people are getting ready for work There is a "rec" room for happy hour (Read: Poker night at the Retirement Home") on Friday nights, and evidently there is a potluck on Wednesday nightsGreat if you're retired The Rules & Regulations sheet that you're issued upon registration reads like a prison-indoc Lot's of BOLD TEXT and FINES and WARNINGS When you wave to the residents while driving, there is about a 5% return on that investment It would seem that retirement has reduced all CDR residents to curmudgeonly elitists See a resident entering the mailroom? Don't count on having the door held for you The general mood is grumpiness Waldron Road is a very busy, homeless-dwelling, thoroughfare with an infestation of crime and vagrancy You'll see this daily, as they pass by your front door The Flour Bluff Police station is a stones throw away, should you need them Overall, CDR suffices but expect no comfort The pool is nice, but don't bring a friend If you have kids, they'll be treated as if they're a virus so I'd keep them away Enjoy your stay If you hate your life, and people in general, and love to be around your tribe...this is the place for you
