Misdiagnosed by tech and replaced parts that didn't need to be and didn't fix the problem for which they said the parts would fix Brought my Tacoma in because the front end was shaking at hwy speeds After hours the tech diagnosed the truck as needing ball joints, shocks, and struts to fix the issue I asked what specifically was causing the shaking and was told "all of it" and replacing would fix the problem After replacing everything the exact problem still exist The disputed amount is the mechanical labor I was charged With the exception on ball joint I don't believe the other parts needed to be replaced In fact the second ball joint was just replaced months ago but I was pressured that both needed to be replaced at the same time to fix the problem I was having

Writing this so no one else gets scammed by themI went there yesterday for a simple inspectionThey told me I needed these $dollar engine sensors, to pass ** carI agreed and paid for the costWhen I went to pick them up they said sorry we thought that was the only issue you actually need more sensors for double the costI told them forget it and to put the old sensors back in my car, they refused and refused to let me speak with the ownerI called another location and was told this location was just acquired a few months back and the owner is a scammerSaid they run some break special and only put 50% of the padding on, leaving the cars very unsafe to driveNot only are they trying to scam people out of money, they are leaving the cars unsafe to drive putting people in danger
