my customersIn response to this complaint, I would like to state the facts of the matter: After meeting with Mrs***, I was sympathetic to the fact that she is an elderly Christian woman who is disabledFor this reason I only quoted her $3,(verbally) to paint her total interior of the house (with the exception of two rooms) as requestedI let her know that any other company would charge her much higher, however, I would be happy to help herAt this point she said she would get another quote and call me if she decides to hire meAfter she received another quote, she called to ask if I would do the job and I agreedWhen I arrived, she stated that the other company had quoted her $10,Prior to doing the job, I told her to have all furniture moved away from the walls for liability reasons. This was not done so my 3-team crew and myself went ahead and moved everything for her at no chargeHer carpet was old, filthy with accumulated dirt, debris, and had paint splatterHer vents were also very dirty so I pointed out that she might want to consider replacing her vents as they should be replaced once a monthShe responded saying that she didn't know they were supposed to be replacedAgain, out of sympathy, I offered to clean all 20+ of them for only $each even though this is not a service that I typically provideCleaning involved uninstalling, brushing all of the debris off, washing with water, bleaching, spray painting, and reinstallingIn addition to the above mentioned services, she asked for a quote to paint two additional rooms (living room and dining room) which I verbally quoted $eachI also did sheet rock patches for the agreed price of $eachWe finished all of the work, cleaned up, and asked if she was satisfiedShe aside she was very happy with the work and we leftNote: there was another contractor doing work in her home when we leftAlso, we left her home much cleaner than it was when we arrivedApproximately weeks after the job was complete, she called me complaining that we didn't clean up well enough and left paint on the floorAlthough I knew this wasn't the case, we came back to clean the paint spots (which were there before we painted; they were a different color) just to make her happyWe do not vacuum floors but once again, in an effort to satisfy her, we offered to vacuum her carpet using her old vacuum cleaner as we do not carry vacuum cleanersShe agreed so we vacuumed to her satisfactionThe vacuum worked fine when we leftAs for the accusations of losing out stealing her hammer, that is simply untrueSince then, she had been harassing me with texts and phone calls from her and her ex husbandJust today I received a text from her accusing my team of stealing some Bluetooth phone gadgetThis has got to stopWe went above and beyond for herI've attached my ratings & reviews from *** Thank you, Frank ***
