I have a BMWI was having issues with it, someone told me that this shop works on BMW so I stop by and after speaking with them I felt confident enough to leave my vehicle, later that day I received the phone call with an estimate on repairsI agree to the estimates and they said it would be ready the next afternoon the parts would not be there till around a.m they contacted me and said my car was readyI pick my car up around o'clockI have been driving it now for about days with no issues, car runs great, I called BMW and got a quote for the repairs that were performed, they were three times higherI have found me a good shopThank you guys

I found Carolina Towing when I called *** for a battery jumpThe young man who came out successfully started the engine but it cut off when he removed the leadsI called Carolina Auto Repair when they reopened todayThey came and towed the van on a rollback, repaired the alternator and installed the battery and serpentine belt we requestedNot only were they professional, they were reasonable in price and they brought the van back to me that nightWe could not be happier with this experience and would recommend to anyone who needs a good shop
