I'm sorry he had to wait in the store for three hours but we where on the phone that long with both of his insurance trying to get it covered for him It takes ***e to deal with insuranceWe are out of network and he knows this but still tried to get it covered His primary insurance does not cover this itemPlus he has not met his ductable If your out of network according to his secondary insurance does not pick up anythingIf he does not believe us than he needs to find some that is Network with his insurance that can better help himInsurance do not like to work with companies that are out of network We spent hours and lost money because we came up with no sellIf he would like to pay cash for the items without any billing any insurance we would be glade to sell it to him.Thanks [redacted] Owner
