Dear Revdex.com, We've been in business for over years and this is our first issue that unfortunately we are unable to resolve with out remediationThe situation that transpired with the person above was that they purchased pre-cut window film, and a set of plug and play hid kit, the person writing this complaint against us attempted to install the window film themselves on the vehicle earlier that day, they were unsuccessful and frustrated, some how they were convinced that they knew how to install window film because its easy, but the plug and play hid were going to be complicated as I earlier had mentioned they were unsuccessful and frustrated when they first dropped off the car and they asked me if I could give them a discount for bringing enough film to do one door glass on their car please keep in mind our flat rate for tints on most cars cost average 5-windows that's about $25-$dollars per window with our materials and warranty includedI called them at 5pm to notify them that their car was ready for pick up, he told me he'll be here with in an hour although we close at 5, my installer waited until 6:once they came my installer brought the car to the front of the building the lights turned on and turned off, then turned on and started to flicker, my installer took the car to the install bay and turned the lights off and then turn them back on they turned on he let them warm up for about one minute before bringing the car up front to the customersThey came back inside to notify my installer that the lights didn't stay on, my installer turned to them and said "ok so we need to change the ballast because the lights keep flickering so it can't be the installation" (at this point I need you to understand there is only one way to connect the hid kit, because each outlet has its own designated plug that does not interchange with one another and still produce a lightIt simply will not work)" The customer replies to my installer "well how do I know its installed right?" In which my installer replies " sir please bring your car at am and I will fix it for you." They decided to go back to where they originally purchased the lights from, and instead of honoring their product, they shifted the blame on us and upsold them on the faulty product that they purchased the first timeI personally was made aware of this at the closing on Tuesday evening, when the lady pulled in to the closed gate, and asked for a refundI explained to her that we were closed for the day, but to give me until the morning to gather information from the installer and make an informed decisionAs soon as I opened my email the next morning there was an official complaint from this customer with the Revdex.com, they didn't even give me a chance to learn the details if in fact a refund was in orderThe fact is that prior to installing anything I informed them there is no warranty on outside productsClearly a service was performed and time was spent, and my installer also offered to help them in the morningWe as humans have no control over anyone else preferences, but we all have the free will to do as we please [redacted] and [redacted] were asked to bring their car in the next day to remedy the problem at no additional costTaking the vehicle to their choice of shop the next day was their decisionIn my opinion, me personally ,I think paying $for an essential piece does not make sense, when everything else has already been installed in placeWhich makes me wonder what is the name of that essential piece, when all HID Kits come with ballasts and bulbs

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The part we purchased is not defective and we can prove that it is the same part that is on the car nowWhen we went to pick up the car we were trying to explain this to the installer, but he was so sure of himself he immediately got frustrated and withdrew his offer to change the headlights back to the stock headlights forcing us to drive home in the dark without headlightsThat's a liabilityThe business' response not the reimburse us for the install is not fair because once we brought the car to a real professional they were able to fix the problem without exchanging the product and informed us that there was a minor piece missing that was preventing the headlights from functioning properly
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
