Review: Sink was installed by a professionally licensed plumber. There is a small space in the upper lip of the sink and water leaks through this space. It warped our brand new base cabinet under the sink. This is specifically a manufacturer defect and has nothing to do with installation.Desired Settlement: I want the sink replaced and for FrankeUSA to pay for the installation of the new sink and pay for the replacement and installation of a new base cabinet. The quote is $858.

Review: I purchased a complete sink set, inclusive of faucet and soap dispenser in January 2011 from [redacted].

The sprayer on the end of the faucet broke off ofnthe hose because the plastic threads cracked. As the product is covered by a 5 year warranty, I expect a replacement.

I contacted Franke customer service via the email address on their website with the nature of the complaint, the model details, and my contact information, but have not received any reply nor a replacement for my faucet.

I first emailed on March 24th. I followed up with another email on April 1.

I have been forced to purchase a temporary replacement faucet at a cost of $30.

I expect that Franke should not only send me a replacement for my faucet per the warranty, but will also reimburse me for the temporary faucet that I have had to purchase in order to be able to properly use my kitchenDesired Settlement: replacement
