Dear Ms [redacted] ,We are sorry to hear of the this plan participant's complaintThis person began deferringinto their previous employer’s 401(k) plan on 7/28/We were then notified that this personhad terminated employment on 8/30/As stated in the Plan Document and the Summary PlanDescription: “You may elect to have your vested account balance distributed to you as soon asadministratively feasible after the last day of the Plan Year coinciding with or next followingthe date on which you terminate employment” All plan participants plan acknowledge and signoff on these documents prior to deferring into the planBecause this participant terminatedemployment during 2017, they are not entitled to receive their vested account balance until we areable to properly audit the Plan, and prepare the necessary ValuationThis person will be entitledto a distribution of their account balance in early We are again sorry that she was notsatis?ed, but these are the rules stipulated by the 401(k) Plan DocumentUnfortunately, there isnothing further that our company can do for this ex-participant at this time.If you need anything further from our office, please feel free to contact us.Sincerely,JAMIE F [redacted]

November 1, 2017Dear [redacted] ,We are sorry to hear of the customer’s complaintWhen we were made aware of the customer’s disability, we emailed distribution forms on June 1stWe received properly completed and executed forms from the customer the first week of August (postage was dated August 1st).After going back and forth with the Investment Brokerage Company as well as the Trustee of the plan, The Brokerage Company issued the check and mailed it to our office on September 26th, sent [redacted] Next Day Air SaverOnce we received the check on September 27th, we immediately cut the customer’s distribution check in the amount of $26,(the balance she refers to in her complaint was the gross amount of her 401(k), not taking into consideration the 20% mandatory federal tax withholding), and sent it that same day [redacted] Next Day Air Saver, per the customer’s requestWe did everything in our power to expedite the customer’s distribution request, due to her situationWe are again sorry that she was not satisfied our of?ce and the distribution process, but there wasn’t anything more we could of done for the customer then what was done.If you need anything further from our office, please feel free to contact us.Sincerely,JAMIE F
