Mr*** brought his truck to us initially and asked for us to put in U jointsWe did the work and he leftHe showed up a few days later and got out of his truck and put his pistol in the back of his pantsHe came in and sat down and said he still had vibration in his truckI said okay, I put
the two U joints in your truck like you askedHe started off in a negative tone and said I would like for you to go on a ride with meI agreed to do that and then asked when he would like to do so, he said nowHe then said he wanted me to take another look at his truck, I agreed to do that and asked him what day would work for himHe said it didn’t matter to him but that he needed to be here while I worked on it, I agreed that would be fineHe then stated that he didn’t think I put two new U joints in and that one was clean and one was dirtyI told him not to talk to me the way he was because I am an honest man and I told him they were new partsHe jumped up and started getting very aggressiveI told him there was no reason for him to act that way as we were trying to work with him, I did not diagnose the vibration, nor was I asked toI was solely told to put those parts in, which I didI told him if he us to look at his vehicle to see what the vibration may be, we would be more than willing to do thatHe started cussing us out and going off with negative commentsI asked if he was never happy with our work why did he keep coming back, he started getting more aggressive and I asked him to leaveHe left and has not come backI do not wish to work with Mr*** anymore
