2/17/2017Hello,First of all, I would like to apologize for the late responseI was informed that the Revdex.com had received a complaint from a customerI would like to first explain the full story of what had happenedThe customer had came in and requested his clothes to be clean and the stain to be removedWe had informed the customer that it will not be a 100% guarantee that we may be able to remove it completely.The customer had agreed and had dropped off his clothesWhen he picked it up everything was perfectly and we had told him we attempted to clean it multiple times but the stain would not come outHe had left with his clothes and decided to come back requesting us a refundWe actually took his clothes again and tried to remove the stains without charging him another fee.Eventually, the stain did not come out and the customer was furiousWe did not offer him a refund because he had agreed in the beginning that even though we could not guarantee the stain to be removed, he had dropped off his clothesHe starting screaming and yelling at my wife using foul languageShe was terrified and was scared that he might abuse her and harm herShe had called the cops at the very secondHe started to tell the customers that were coming in to never do business here againAfter scaring away the customers for awhile, he had left the scene before the officers arrived to the? sceneWe would appreciate it if the Revdex.com would look into this letter and the case more thoroughly before filing the complaint from the customerWe had never had a scene like this since we had started this businessI would like to apologize again for the trouble and the late response as wellThank you for your time.Sincerely,Yoo P
