Frankie's agreed to display my "Welcome" poster PRIOR to reunion arrival.They did not; therefore, should reimburse $17.00: cost to have poster made.On Saturday, Aug 22, 2015,I expressed how displeased I was with lack of professionalism for not honoring agreement to display "Frankie's Welcome [redacted] Family Reunion" poster, that I had made and purchased.In early July, I spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] about my family reunion group. In addition, I expressed a desire to have a poster displayed at entrance on easel, or on sliding doors, to welcome our group. They were both very nice and [redacted](Group Sales Coordinator) stated she did not see a problem with it, and assured me they would find a nice place to display it. Again, we discussed my having a poster made and displayed to welcome our [redacted] Family Reunion group. I, per approval, had welcome poster made and dropped it off w/staff at 10:45 pm, the night before our arrival. They agreed to have the "Frankie's Welcome [redacted] Family Reunion" poster displayed PRIOR to our arrival on Aug 22nd at 11AM. That did not happen! After several requests, it was eventually displayed, but it took an additional 30-45 min, and several follow-ups, to have it handled. I was very displeased with the lack of regard for my request and their (Frankie's Management)good customer service. And I wasted $17.00 to have the poster made. I contacted the company in writing on Aug 24, 2015 and Aug 31, 2015. No one has responded to date. I would never spend $17.00 to have a poster made for display, if they were not going to honor their word and have it displayed upon our arrival--not 30-45 minutes AFTER we arrived.
