Franklin Advisory Group

Franklin Advisory Group sent 2 men (representatives) to my 85 year old mother's house in [redacted]. Basically they scared her into thinking she was going to lose something if she didn't act quickly and tried to sell her other products, as well. They said she had received two notices...which was a lie. They called a number for her and had her give her entire social security number over the phone. Most organizations only have you give the last 4 digits for privacy reasons. Yes it all appears legal but now 2 men have her SS# as well as some unknown organization. They told her to shred the paper that identified the company that has her SS#. My mother comes from a generation where women trust men to do right by widows and women. They completely took advantage of my mother. This was a simple matter of my mother going to the bank she knows and trusts and having them make a quick phone call.
Shame on this company and its' tactics!
They have caught other older women in this area and have gotten deals completed. Banks are now trying to sort out their financial situations
Totally unethical behavior in my mind.
