Review: Had taken car (1993 Lexus Ls 400) in for the repair of right and left catalytic converters per request of our regular mechanic. The car was taken in by tow on Friday March 6th, 2015. Left car all day and over the weekend. Picked vehicle up March 9th after calling multiple time for stats of repair. I was told that the "new" parts were placed on the car. The car was running just as rough as when we brought it there so we had our regular mechanic come out to check the work. Our regular certified mechanic checked the catalytic converters only to find that they were the same ones that were on the car when we brought it in and that they had never been removed from the car. The same bolts with oil build up were still in place and the converters had been intentionally shaved down to look as if they had done the work.Desired Settlement: I would like to have me money refunded. $638.38

Review: My grandson went in to get his vehicle retested free like the business ads offered. The man told him it has been to long he can't get it retested. My grandson came out to tell us. We were sitting in another car outside the shop. We all looked at the paper work and there was no time limit posted. We told him nicely go back and tell him "You weren't aware of that and you'd like for him to point it out on the paper work as we might be missing something." Two of us in the car saw this man walk into the shop grab something black, walk back out to my grandson take his paper and stamp it right then and there. My grandson comes back to show up the fresh stamp that's says "FREE RETEST IN 15 DAYS." We all looked at the paper before and after so we were in complete shock! I called and let him know three people witnesses what just happened and we will be filing a complaint he said "OK." My complaint is they didn't follow through on their advertised offer, the customer service wasn't good and they changed documents after the fact!Desired Settlement: I would like him to get his free retest or refunded.
